Spouse: Not named in the stories.

Offspring: Oddlaf Anlafsdottir

An old man who speaks of having ridden to war in the service of the Skjoldungar kings in his youth, Anlaf in his old age has retired to the small village of Rorvik, where he serves as alderman. He was given a steel longsword as token of his authority and as reward for his service. His wife died sometime around 895 N.Y. of a fever neither herbal remedy nor healing prayers could avert, leaving him to raise Oddlaf Anlafsdottir alone.
